Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your TEASUNNY subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.  There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your account at teasunny.com and manage your subscription settings
• Contact our customer support team at support@teasunny.com
• Email us directly with your order number and cancellation request

Effective Date

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.  You will continue to have access to your current program until that date.

Refunds

If you cancel before your order ships, you will receive a full refund.  Once shipped, our standard refund policy applies.  Partial refunds for unused portions of multi-week programs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Modifications

You may modify your subscription frequency, skip deliveries, or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
